Agency Plan – Fair Use Policy

Unlimited Channels*
The CastConductor Agency plan offers unlimited channels for your clients, subject to the following fair use terms:
What's Included
- First 50 active Roku channels are included in your base subscription at no additional cost.
- Additional active channels above 50 are billed at $15/month each, automatically.
Provisioning Limits
- Maximum 10 new channel activations per calendar month.

What Counts as "Active"?
A channel is considered active once a license is assigned to a client's domain. This includes channels that are:
- Live in the Roku Channel Store
- Sideloaded for testing
- In development or awaiting Roku approval
Only explicitly deactivated channels (where you've released the license) do not count toward your active channel total.
Review & Enterprise Upgrade
CastConductor reserves the right to review accounts with unusually high or abusive usage. In rare cases, we may recommend an Enterprise plan for very high-volume or atypical use cases to ensure quality of service for all customers.

For most agencies, 50 channels is more than enough. If you're growing beyond that—congrats! The $15/channel overage keeps your per-channel cost attractive even at scale.

Q: How is overage billed?
A: At the end of each billing period, we count your active channels. If you have more than 50, the overage is automatically added to your next invoice at $15/channel.
Q: Can I deactivate channels to reduce my bill?
A: Yes. Only active channels count toward your total. If you deactivate a channel, it no longer counts as active and won't be billed as overage.
Q: What if I need to onboard more than 10 channels in a month?
